Job summary

Prudential seeks a data management and analysis professional to drive agency incentives and compensation initiatives. You will supervise processes for incentive appeals, revalidations, and collaboration with stakeholders to gather data requirements for campaign analysis.

Your role includes project management for compensation enhancement, testing, tracking trends, and reporting to management. You will contribute to incentive-related special projects to boost agency performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, marketing or any business-related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Ability to write clearly and create compelling business presentations.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories to stakeholders.
• Strong capability in communicating insights visually and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incentive analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews.
• Evaluate agency performance and incentive effectiveness against measures.
• Support development of incentive targets, thresholds, and governance.
• Prepare incentive launch and governance documents (PARs, trackers, bulletins).
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor incentive performance and trends.
• Generate reports for sales, performance, and governance meetings and provide actionable insights.
