Qualifications

• At least 6 months of voice or BPO experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
• Confident, articulate speaking with a neutral to light accent.
• Strong problem-solving, sound judgment, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• College graduates preferred but non-college grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and professional resolutions on every call.
• Manage a rotating schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.
• Maintain composure and professionalism, especially during high-pressure or escalated calls.
• Work with the team to identify recurring concerns and contribute to process improvements.
