Qualifications

High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (K-12).
No call center experience required.
Must have at least B2 level English.
Willing to work onsite.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products, services, billing, and account concerns.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions to customer issues.
Process account updates, service requests, and other customer transactions.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service.
