Job summary

Sunny and Scramble Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced inbound warehouse supervisor to oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control of direct raw materials. You will coordinate inbound material planning with Nutritionist and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted production support.

Collaborate with QA, Laboratory, Accounting, Maintenance, and drivers as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree in a related field; experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, receiving, or inbound operations is required.
• Has supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling operations.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and coordination in managing receiving, unloading, inventory, traffic flow and warehouse personnel.
• Capable of supervising inventory monitoring, truck scheduling, unloading activities, stock rotation and warehouse utilization.
• Exhibits good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills for inbound bottlenecks and shortages.
• Can coordinate with Procurement, QA, Laboratory, Accounting, Maintenance, Production, drivers, guards, and suppliers.
• Familiar with truck scale operations, unloading coordination, warehouse safety, stock labeling, and raw material quality monitoring.
• Willing to render extended hours when required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inbound warehouse activities covering receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, issuance, FIFO implementation, and inventory control.
• Coordinate inbound material planning, delivery scheduling, and stock availability with Nutritionist.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QA, Laboratory, Accounting, Maintenance, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise inbound personnel, truck receiving flow, unloading priorities, truck scale operations, parking management, stock labeling, and warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee quality-related checks during receiving and address material discrepancies; manage rejected or damaged materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, orderliness, and effective warehouse conditions across receiving, unloading, storage, silo areas and parking.

• Supervise inbound personnel, truck receiving flow, unloading priorities, truck scale operations, parking management, stock labeling, and warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee quality-related checks during receiving, elevate material discrepancies, and ensure proper handling of rejected, damaged, segregated, or disposable materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, orderliness, and effective warehouse conditions across receiving, unloading, storage, silo-related, and parking areas under the unit.
