Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting an Inbound Sales Associate (Offshore) based in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. This on-site, full-time role focuses on handling frontline inbound sales inquiries, guiding customers through product selection, and converting leads into orders.

You will collaborate with design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and follow-up, while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in customer service and sales.

• Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries outside of managed or growth targets.
• Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions focused service, and product knowledge.

• Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
• Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using ERP and CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries.

Salary: 25,000-30,000 PHP / Month

Role Overview

The offshore Sales Associate manages all frontline inbound sales enquiries, actively converting deals and distributing larger opportunities to appropriate team members. This role provides friendly, solution-focused service across multiple channels, coaching new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement, and ensuring a smooth fulfillment experience.
