Position Overview

Customer service experience can be relevant where it demonstrates strong commercial/customer engagement capabilities, but the primary requirement is the ability to identify opportunities, engage customers, and close sales.

What You'll Need

• Strong English proficiency is a key requirement.
• Clear and professional written communication.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Understanding context and nuance.
• Ability to communicate appropriately with customers across different markets
• Understanding differences between Australian and US terminology would be advantageous, although these can be incorporated into training.
