Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support regional inbound operations, track shipments from global suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to supporting plant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years in logistics, strong coordination and communication skills, and hands-on SAP experience. This is an onsite role with Monday to Friday shifts in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of logistics experience.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Familiarity with shipping processes and Incoterms.
Excellent English and local language skills.
Hands-on SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Track inbound shipments from global suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Arrange transportation with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.
Monitor deliveries from ports to warehouses or plants.
Work with customs brokers to clear inbound shipments.
Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Review freight invoices and monitor service provider performance.
Maintain shipment records and update SAP or other systems.
Escalate logistics issues and provide timely updates.
