You will manage appointments, follow up diligently, and convert viable opportunities into booked jobs while maintaining a high-volume sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based sales or inbound sales.
• Ability to book and convert leads into appointments or services.
• Strong follow-up discipline with high-volume pipeline management.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets for lead tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via Meta, WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Call leads to understand requirements and progress toward a booking.
• Provide pricing as part of the sales process.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries and quotes consistently.
• Handle objections and close viable opportunities.
• Book customers and maintain accurate appointment information.
• Confirm attendance ahead of scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain clear control of the sales pipeline and next actions.
