Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking an Advisor, Customer Experience Sales to join our inbound sales team. The role is the first point of contact for guests calling into our contact center and requires using sales techniques to finalize sales on one call, while also servicing direct guests up to their sailing date.

The successful candidate will work to exceed guest expectations on every call and contribute to strategic revenue, conversion, and customer service targets month to month.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of phone sales experience.
• Use judgment and qualifying questions to maneuver through the sales booking process.
• Apply effective sales technique to address guest concerns and secure the sale on one call.
• Must demonstrate ability to build relationships and discover what motivates the guest to buy.
• Ability to relate to guests and respond to their concerns and desires.
• Ability to bridge across the sales process by using key sales techniques.
• Use clear, professional and precise communication with the guests about all details of their vacation according to brand standards.
• Display the highest degree of personal integrity and take responsibility for personal and professional growth.
• Must adhere to assigned schedule and all applicable CVP objectives and goals.
• Computer knowledge and skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate guest needs and identify products that best fit the guest needs; provide sales recommendations and create accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations according to guest requests and business rules.
• Provide one call resolution on all calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to help guest obtain accurate information and finalize their reservation.
• Apply customer service standards in all guest interactions as defined by the business.
• Capture pertinent information and payments during interactions with guests.
• Maintain brand standards when handling guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled efficiently within set call times.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or management.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals; deliver sales conversion targets.
