Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is seeking an Agent for CO Inbound Sales to be the first point of contact for guests calling our contact center and to close sales on one call, while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will service direct guests, exceed expectations on every call, coordinate with other departments to secure reservations, and uphold brand standards as you work toward monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Phone sales experience is preferred (1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage guest expectations and close sales on first call.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate guest needs and identify products that fit, creating accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations per guest requests and in accordance with business rules.
• Provide one-call resolution on all calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to secure accurate information and finalize reservations.
• Apply customer service standards in all guest interactions as defined by the business.
• Capture pertinent information and payments during interactions.
• Maintain brand standards when handling guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled efficiently within set call times.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
