Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full-time Advisor, Customer Experience Sales to handle inbound guest calls and close sales on one call. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing reservations, and meeting sales targets.

The role requires strong sales skills, guest relationship building, and the ability to work with multiple departments to finalize bookings while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of phone sales experience recommended.
• Ability to use sound judgment and asking qualifying questions to close sales on one call.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate guest needs and identify products that fit, creating accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations per guest requests and business rules.
• Provide one-call resolution and secure sale on each call.
• Coordinate with other departments to finalize reservations and provide accurate information.
• Maintain brand standards in guest inquiries and ensure efficient handling times.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
