Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Agent, CO Inbound Service - Advisor, Customer Experience Service based in Manila to handle direct guest inquiries via phone and chat, converting shopping calls and supporting bookings with revenue opportunities.

You will work in a non-scripted, relationship-driven environment, delivering high-quality service and cross-selling components such as air, tours, and shore excursions to enhance Guests' cruise experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-year customer service experience in a contact center preferred.
• Advanced level of English proficiency in reading and writing.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer complex and routine calls or chats to sell and service cruise reservations.
• Respond to shopping requests and modify reservations as needed.
• Suggest additional revenue components to enhance guest bookings.
• Maintain knowledge of Royal Caribbean systems and accurate reservation history.
• Research and resolve guest issues and provide solutions.
