Job summary

Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a sales professional to handle inbound cruise vacation inquiries in Metro Manila. You will answer calls, provide cruise information, close bookings, and upsell packages to maximize revenue while offering Allianz Insurance products.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, strong cruise product knowledge, and excellent English communication. You will contribute to high service levels and may take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Travel Cruise Lines or sales.
Strong knowledge of cruise products and personal cruise travel experience.
Proven experience in sales and closing techniques.
Excellent English verbal communication skills.
Computer literate and willing to learn.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound sales calls, inquiries, and customer service calls.
Answer callers' questions concerning all aspects of cruise vacations and options.
Close the sale of cruise bookings.
Upsell cruise packages to maximize revenue.
Sell Allianz Insurance.
Provide high levels of service to customers with professionalism and cruise product knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or senior management.
