Job summary

You will handle inbound/outbound collection calls, explain amounts due to customers, and follow up on overdue accounts for banks, telecoms, and commercial clients. No prior experience required; training will be provided to prepare you for successful

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment.
• Explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets for clients.
• Negotiate with customers on repayment amounts and dates.
• Provide customer service and improve collections efficiency and delinquency rates.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as needed.
