We offer a guaranteed base salary starting at $4,100/month with an uncapped commission structure. No prior banking or sales experience is required—comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent local qualification).
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective individual and corporate clients to introduce tailored banking solutions, including accounts, credit facilities, loans, and financial products.
• Guide clients through the application, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal regulatory standards and banking compliance requirements.
