Job summary

Bluehost, a leader in online business solutions, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (Inbound Chat) to educate prospects, qualify opportunities, and route high-value leads to our Account Executives. The role emphasizes fast, insightful conversations, CRM accuracy, and collaboration across Sales and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven experience in a chat-based environment (Chat LOB).
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and hand off to Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, chats, and referrals to understand goals and sales opportunities.
• Qualify interest by uncovering needs and readiness to buy; route SQLs to Account Executive team.
• Convert product questions into consultative sales conversations with relevant solutions.
• Conduct account reviews to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
