Job summary

Bluehost in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic agent to field inbound chats, educate customers about their website and marketing strategies, and consult on new products to help businesses grow.

You will meet performance metrics and apply strong sales skills while delivering effective issue resolutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Field inbound chats and identify areas to help our customers’ online presence.
• Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate.
• Meet performance metrics that could include but are not limited to productivity and daily sales targets.
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.
