Job summary

Bluehost in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who engage with existing and potential customers and share best practices to help them succeed.

You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, educate customers about Bluehost products, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and a passion for helping small businesses are essential.

• Requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong drive to help small and medium-sized businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and identify opportunities to improve customers' online presence.
• Educate customers about their website and marketing strategy to show the value of online presence.
• Provide consultation to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and recommend Bluehost products.
• Resolve issues within our scope of support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet metrics such as customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales with integrity.

• Provide consultation to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and recommend products and services that will help customers' businesses succeed.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support
• Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity
