Job summary

InsideOut is hiring a Customer Service specialist to manage inbound calls for US-based home services clients. You will schedule appointments and answer inquiries using the client’s CRM and scheduling platforms.

Training is provided on call scripts and procedures. You will deliver professional interactions, take detailed notes, and send timely follow-ups. Shifts follow Pacific Time with rotating rest days and final shift assignment after training.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous BPO or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls and documenting details.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US-based clients and answer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments using client CRM/scheduling platforms.
• Record detailed call summaries and collect customer contact information.
• Send follow-up texts or emails as required and respond promptly to clients.
• Maintain high accuracy and professionalism; adhere to scripts and templates.
