Resolv Global is hiring a bilingual Patient Scheduling Representative to contact patients and schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. This remote, contract role offers 40 hours per week, paid training, and weekly USD payments from Mexico.

You will work with Salesforce or Five9 in a fast-paced environment to meet KPIs and maintain patient confidentiality. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in outbound calling or customer service.

• Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare and HIPAA compliance.
• Build trust and rapport with patients to achieve appointment conversion goals.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM and follow internal processes.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day

Hours of Operation

Monday To Thursday

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.
