Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Product Owner for Instore Solutions to lead planning, implementation, and integration of in-store technology across the EMEAA region. You will coordinate POS, kitchen, digital menu boards, inventory, forecasting, payments, and third-party delivery integrations with country teams and partners.

The role requires strong product management and project leadership, with hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in information technology, digital solutions, restaurant systems, or product management; 5+ years leading large-scale technology projects.
• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Planning: develop and maintain long-term plan for in-store technology across the region.
• Product Management and Requirements: lead assigned technology platforms and gather prioritised requirements.
• Project and Rollout Management: plan setup, testing, training, pilot activities, implementation, and transition to support teams.
• Systems and Integration Management: ensure restaurant systems connect and work together.
• Testing and Release Management: coordinate system testing and deployment readiness reviews.
• Support and Continuous Improvement: support service management and monitor performance.
• Vendor and Cost Management: evaluate vendors, review proposals and contract costs.
• Communication, Training, and Adoption: develop training plans and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Risk, Security, and Compliance: ensure security/privacy/compliance and manage access/data protection.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: track and report on progress, performance, and business benefits.
