Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT desktop/laptop support.
• Experienced in incident and problem management, and request fulfillment.
• ITIL Certification is an advantage.
• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home) in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operation of IT services.
• Manage hardware, infrastructure, and security service delivery.
• Own end-to-end incident, problem, and request fulfilment for key applications (POS, ERP, timekeeping, delivery platforms, Office 365, BI/Analytics).
• Coordinate with vendors and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare BAU and ad hoc reports for management.
• Support stakeholder communications and satisfaction.
• Train local BT counterparts and develop team capabilities.
