Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain project artefacts.

This role emphasizes testing support, risk tracking, and adherence to regulatory frameworks (NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy). You will collaborate across functions and with external vendors to ensure on-time task delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, systems testing, or process implementation.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with SharePoint, Planner, Teams.
• Familiar with NCCP, AML/CTF, and Privacy frameworks in AU/NZ.
• Experience using MS Planner, JIRA, Asana is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects end-to-end including scoping and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain project documents such as plans and risk registers.
• Support testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
• Provide admin support to Manager - Projects and track tasks.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements.
• Ensure compliance with NCCP, AML/CTF and privacy rules.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for timely delivery.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables; report progress.
• Contribute to team meetings and workshops with proactive solutions.
