Job summary

CHIROPRACTIC FIRST (PH) OPC is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Marketing Executive to manage in-clinic collateral and displays, serving as the key communication bridge between the Marketing team and clinic staff.

The ideal candidate will ensure that brand presence within the clinic is consistent, current, and aligned with broader marketing initiatives, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably healthcare/clinic setting.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and maintain in-clinic collateral (brochures, posters, signage, service menus).
• Oversee installation, upkeep and rotation of in-clinic displays and visual merchandising.
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical marketing touchpoints in the clinic.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing team and clinic staff for campaigns and promotions.
• Relay clinic feedback and patient insights to Marketing for campaign refinement.
• Coordinate rollout schedules for new marketing materials with clinic operations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate reorders of printed assets.
• Support internal communications, including staff bulletins and training materials on new offers.
• Gather and report performance feedback on in-clinic marketing initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating events, launches, or patient engagement activities.
