The Marketing Coordinator for the FCIE and San Francisco branches is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing localized marketing campaigns to drive patient volume and secure corporate healthcare partnerships. Identify and pitch corporate healthcare packages to HR and Safety Officers of manufacturing companies inside FCIE.
Coordinate large-scale medical services such as pre-employment exams, drug testing, and Annual Physical Exams (APEs) for partner companies.
Organize on-site corporate wellness programs, medical missions, or health seminars for industrial workers.
Promote the branch's specialized services, such as the Women's Health Unit, OB-Gyne, Pediatrics, and Outpatient care to the surrounding Dasmariñas community.
Develop localized promotional materials (flyers, banners, brochures) that highlight the branch's specific diagnostic facilities (X-ray, Ultrasound, Laboratory).
Manage social media updates specifically targeted at the Dasmariñas/FCIE demographic.
Monitor patient feedback and online reviews to help the branch maintain MVSMC's mission of providing "excellent, high-quality, and value-based total health care".
Track the success of marketing campaigns and corporate partnerships.
Maintain a database of corporate clients and follow up on contract renewals for yearly medical services.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or corporate (B2B) sales is highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Tagalog.
Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and local community leaders.
Ability to coordinate logistics for large groups of patients (e.g., scheduling 500 factory workers for APEs without disrupting hospital operations).
