About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Marketing Specialist to support the marketing and expansion of our Animal Bite Clinic. This role combines digital marketing, branch promotion, and operational coordination to ensure strong patient engagement and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Social Media Management – Manage clinic social media pages, posts, inquiries, and announcements.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation – Create posters, FB ads, videos, and educational materials.
• Branch Promotion – Promote new and existing branches, services, and special campaigns.
• Digital Advertising – Manage boosting/paid ads and monitor their performance.
• Google Business & Online Presence – Maintain branch listings, photos, information, and patient reviews.
• Marketing Performance Monitoring – Track inquiries, leads, patient conversion, and prepare marketing reports.
• Coordination with Operations – Work closely with branches to ensure accurate promotions, services, pricing, and schedules.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
