Job summary

SMS Global Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to supervise the day-to-day implementation and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Corporate Governance processes.

The role requires overseeing IMS documentation, coordinating internal audits, tracking nonconformities, and providing training and updates to management. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of IMS experience, including 1–2 years in supervision, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in IMS implementation, auditing, and process management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day implementation and maintenance of IMS and governance processes.
• Ensure IMS procedures, records, and documentation are maintained, updated, and controlled.
• Coordinate and support internal audits by preparing schedules and consolidating findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor and track nonconformities, corrective actions, and ensure timely closure and documentation.
• Assist in IMS-related training, orientations, and awareness programs across departments.
• Prepare IMS reports, audit summaries, and compliance updates for review by IMS Head and management.
• Facilitate coordination with external auditors and ensure availability of required documentation.
