Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a senior IMS Governance Lead to establish a unified governance framework for the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) across all ISO standards. You will own the IMS governance lifecycle and drive enterprise-wide integration.

This role provides executive oversight, develops the IMS strategy and roadmap, and ensures governance remains audit-ready, resilient, and continuously improving through lifecycle ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise governance programs.

• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS Strategy & Governance: Develop the enterprise IMS strategy and roadmap.
• Define governance principles, standards and operating model.
• Ensure integration across all ISO management systems.
• Drive simplification and harmonization of management processes.
• Align IMS priorities with corporate strategy and enterprise risk.
• Provide executive governance oversight over the lifecycle.
• Lead governance activities including governance reviews, dashboards, and KPI governance.

Job Description

Lead the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) by establishing a unified governance framework across all management systems, ensuring that governance remains consistent, resilient, and continuously improving regardless of organizational changes. The role provides strategic ownership of the IMS governance lifecycle, integrating multiple ISO management systems into a single enterprise governance model while enabling the team to execute through clearly defined lifecycle ownership rather than functional specialization.
