Job summary

ECC International is seeking an ISO Supervisor to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. The role focuses on emissions inventory, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, 10+ years of IMS experience, and proven lead auditor/implementer credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in organizing, maintaining, and implementing an IMS.
• Proven experience as a Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ISO 50001 preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14064 (GHG), ISO 14068, GRI, ISSB, and TCFD is an advantage.
• Advanced training in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Energy Management, Quality Tools, and GHG Inventory preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, writing, editing, and presentation/design skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting projects assigned by Delivery Head within goals and timelines.
• Review and analyze client data for reporting and project requirements.
• Identify and escalate project issues with timely solutions.
• Respond to client queries within SLA.
• Develop and implement IMS audit programs.
• Review and update IMS documents and registers.
• Provide guidance on management reviews and performance targets.
• Identify training needs of the ISO Team and relevant groups.
• Supervise Technical Support Staff in their responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly IMS implementation status reports.
• Support client training activities and develop training materials.
• Deliver customized training programs as required.
• Complete internal projects and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
