SMS Global Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to supervise the day-to-day implementation and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Corporate Governance processes.
The role requires overseeing IMS documentation, coordinating internal audits, tracking nonconformities, and providing training and updates to management. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of IMS experience, including 1–2 years in supervision, are essential.
Supervise the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Corporate Governance processes.
Ensure that IMS procedures, records, and documentation are properly maintained, updated, and controlled.
Coordinate and support internal audits by preparing schedules, communicating with auditees, and consolidating audit findings and corrective actions.
Monitor and track the status of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure and documentation.
Assist in conducting IMS-related training, orientations, and awareness programs across departments.
Prepare IMS reports, audit summaries, and compliance updates for review by the IMS Head and management.
Facilitate coordination with external auditors and ensure availability of required documentation and records during assessments.
Support the qualification, monitoring, and scheduling of internal auditors in line with the established internal audit framework.
Monitor compliance of departments with IMS and governance requirements and provide guidance on process adherence and improvement.
Maintain and update IMS databases, document master lists, risk registers, and related monitoring tools.
Coordinate the implementation of process improvement initiatives and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Promote awareness and adherence to IMS policies, procedures, and governance standards across the organization.
Provide administrative and technical support to the IMS Head and Management Representative in implementing system-wide initiatives.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned to ensure effective system operation and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least 6 years of progressive experience in IMS implementation, auditing, and process management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301) and regulatory compliance
