Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Management Systems Specialist to document, review, and improve governance of document management, IMS, and corrective action systems. This role partners with leaders to integrate processes, drive efficiency, and support operational excellence across the Transition Business Group.

The role emphasizes governance, audits, and continual improvement to strengthen risk management and organizational resilience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years auditing and implementing management systems.
• Experience in document management, corrective action governance, and process improvement.
• Experience with ISO standards and internal/external audits.

Responsibilities

• Document and govern process documentation to ensure standardization and policy alignment.
• Monitor RCA completion and CAR governance with regular leadership reporting.
• Lead IMS internal audits, develop audit plans, and deliver actionable findings.
• Advise on adoption of new standards and best practices for governance.
• Conduct ICDS surveys to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
