Job summary

Twin Star Pacific Foods Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Importation and Logistics Coordinator to review, prepare, and monitor customs documents, coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and shipping lines, and ensure timely delivery.

You will manage shipment schedules, handle Telex BL requests, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience in importation or logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review, and monitor draft and final customs documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers and shipping lines regarding shipment documentation, revisions, and processing requirements and resolve delays.
  • Track shipment schedules, vessel ETAs, cargo discharge, customs clearance, and delivery status, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Process shipping line requirements, including Telex Bill of Lading requests, billing invoices, container deposit payments and refund applications.
  • Prepare and submit importation documents required for customs accreditation and renewals, and regulatory compliance through applicable government portals.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, container deposits, permits, and shipment status reports.
  • Verify logistics-related billings, container refunds and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing shipment forecasts, operational reports, and management updates.
  • Provide administrative and operational support by coordinating with suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, banks, and government agencies to resolve shipment-related concerns.
  • Handle escalations related to shipment delays, customs issues, or supplier disputes.
  • Perform other importation, documentation, and logistics-related duties as assigned.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
