Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Import Supervisor to ensure all importations comply with Bureau of Customs and government regulations. • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year Import/Export experience in a multinational company.
• Licensed Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite.

About The Job Import Supervisor

The Import Supervisor shall ensure that all importations are in compliance with existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies. This role will be responsible for maintaining import processes compliance and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with local, national and international regulations and standards relevant to the company's requirements.
• Responsible on accuracy and completeness of the shipping documents from various shippers or suppliers.
• Ensure all importations are in compliance with the existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies (FDA, BOC, BIR, BAI, NTC, BPS, etc.)
• Responsible on checking the computation of the duties and taxes in reference to the Tariff Administration and Policy
• Collaborate and align with internal parties (MY Global Trade, PH Finance/Warehouse/, etc.) and stakeholders (Logistics Service Providers, etc.).
• Assist internal and external audits if required.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Customs Administration or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Import/Export experience in a multinational company (preferred)
• Licensed Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
