Job summary

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics or supply chain, a degree in a related field, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the country; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or transportation management.
• Experience with heavy equipment or industrial industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of importation, customs clearance and Philippine trade compliance.
• Experience with WMS and TMS implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

SANY Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee national logistics operations in the Philippines. The role will manage warehouse and transportation operations, customs compliance, logistics systems, cost optimization, and team development to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the 3–5-year national logistics strategy and align logistics operations with business growth and customer satisfaction objectives
• Plan and optimize warehouse networks for machines and spare parts, improve warehouse layout, inventory flow, and operational efficiency
• Lead WMS upgrades and process improvements
• Benchmark logistics operations against local Caterpillar and Komatsu standards and prepare comparison reports
• Design trunk and distribution networks to reduce transportation costs and delivery lead times
• Manage carriers and transportation partners
• Ensure compliant and efficient import and export operations for machines and spare parts
• Monitor trade policies, tariff barriers, and customs regulations
• Develop and monitor logistics budgets and cost reduction initiatives
• Lead the deployment and integration of TMS, WMS, and shipment visibility platforms

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation management
• Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, or industrial industries is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of importation, customs clearance, and Philippine trade compliance
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and logistics digitalization
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics budgeting and KPI management
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Willing to travel and oversee logistics operations across the Philippines
