Responsibilities

• Monitor importations (Telex, TR).
• Oversee daily deposits of Bacolod and Dumaguete branches for collection and post-dated checks.
• Reconcile monthly inventory for Bacolod, Dumaguete, Macheneth Store and Parkwood.
• Record sales, aged receivables, payments and expenses in QuickBooks.
• Prepare payments for employee benefits (SSS, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth).
• Post deposits for MKKS and Macheneth payments.
• Check all vouchers for accuracy.
• Review monthly sales commissions for freelance sales personnel.
