Job summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process import/export documents like Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all imports, exports, and inventory movements for auditing.
  • Supplier Relations: Source and negotiate with suppliers for logistics services, and manage daily shipment schedules.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Usually 1–2 years of experience in import/export, particularly with PEZA/BOC procedures.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), good communication, and organizational skills.
