Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brokers regarding import arrivals and monitor location.
• Process bank telegraphic transfer and necessary import documents.
• Reconcile monthly inventory across branches and head office.
• Record receivables, payments, expenses, and stock transfers in QuickBooks.
• Check sales agents and consultants' monthly commissions.
• Monitor daily deposits, accounts receivable, and PDCs.
• Monitor and check provincial daily Store Hub transactions.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.

Job Description

• Coordinate with brokers regarding import arrivals and monitor current location of the same
• Processing bank telegraphic transfer and necessary import documentation
• Reconciliation of provincial branches, Manila meatshop and head office monthly inventory
• Recording of provincial branches, Manila meatshop and head office aged receivables, payments and expenses and stocks transfer via QuickBooks
• Checking of sales agents and consultant's monthly commission
• Monitoring of provincial daily deposits, account receivables and PDC's
• Monitoring and checking of provincial daily Store Hub transactions
• Perform other tasks as necessity arises
