I. JOB OBJECTIVES
To ensure the efficient, timely, and compliant movement of imported goods by coordinating international shipments; accurate and timely submission of manifest ,maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication among suppliers, brokers, carriers, and internal teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Received PRE-ALERTS from customers/ sales / agents
- Prepare, review, and maintain complete and valid import documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, and customs declarations.
- Ensure all import activities comply with customs regulations, government requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with customs brokers for timely and accurate clearance.
- Accurately and timely lodge and validate manifest thru e2m
- Prepare PRE-SAD , CDT, SDV, ERFI and lodge entry
- Prepare request for payment: shipping line, trucker and other service provider
- Prepare cash advances for processing and liquidate expenses
- Book trucking for the delivery of container and return of empty container to CY
- Request for container refund from shipping line and provide received copy of the request to CNC
- Prepare Shipment Information Sheet and endorse to CNC with complete invoices, OR and import processed documents
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions for audits and traceability.
- Generate regular reports on shipment status, import costs, and logistics KPIs.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance import efficiency.
- Assist in customs clearance when necessary
- Other tasks as may be assigned by superior

- Weekly Production Report – Cebu and CDO
- Customer Daily update
- Customer weekly monitoring report
- Monthly Trucking Report
- Others as required
V. QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration, preferably Licensed Broker
- 1–3 years experiences in import coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Familiar with customs procedures, HS codes, and import regulations and BOC updates
- Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and shipment tracking tools.
