Job summary

ADP is seeking a seasoned professional to carry the client relationship forward after a sale and facilitate the initial interaction with mid-sized business clients. You will build strong relationships and seamlessly implement ADP payroll and HR solutions to drive long-term client success.

As aSenior Client Project Manager, you will influence outcomes from paychecks to health benefits, coordinating with stakeholders and guiding complex implementations across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education & experience.
• 5 years of client project management experience.
• Detailed product knowledge across offerings and HR/payroll.
• Understanding relationships between features and products in implementations.
• Aptitude in automated workflow systems is desirable.

You will carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure your clients achieve long-term success. Once ADP services are delivered, your efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in education & experience 5 years experience client project management experience with detailed product knowledge for a wide range of offerings and board functional area expertise. Understand the relationships between the features and amongst the products and their impact to an implementation project. Understands Payroll, HR and more. Typically handles largest and most complex accounts or assigned to sophisticated additional business. Understands ADP's process and organization. Experience communication to all levels of associates across various medias, including sr. management internally and externally. Aptitude in automated workflow systems is desirable.
