Job summary

Veracity Synergy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end infrastructure projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while coordinating with clients, TowerCos, suppliers, and government offices.

The role covers site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards. You will manage schedules, BOQs, and documentation, drive risk mitigation, and support project

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of various technical and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including TowerCos and government offices.
• Review project scope, BOQ, specs, drawings, MOP, TSSR, work orders, permits, and docs.
• Ensure permits, approvals, site access, materials, tools, and manpower are available.
• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure proper site execution.
• Monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with designs, requirements, quality, safety, and client specs.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting project delivery.
• Manage risks and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate procurement/logistics for materials and equipment.
• Facilitate site surveys and various coordination meetings.
• Prepare status reports and ensure documentation including as-built drawings and turnover packages.
• Assist with project closeout and turnover to client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of various technical and infrastructure projects, including:

  • Telecommunications site implementation and equipment deployment

  • Antenna installation and swap-out

  • COW (Cell on Wheels) deployment and re-rigging

  • EV charger installation and commissioning

  • DC genset and power system installation

  • IBS (In-Building Solutions) deployment

  • Electrical and power-related projects

  • Other related technical and infrastructure implementation works

• Apply strong knowledge of technical project management in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.

• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, logistics, and resources.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, property owners, TowerCos, government offices, and other project stakeholders.

• Review project scope, BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, MOP, TSSR, work orders, permits, and other project documents.

• Ensure all required permits, approvals, site access, materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available prior to implementation.

• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure proper and efficient execution of site activities.

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Ensure implementation activities comply with approved designs, technical requirements, quality standards, safety procedures, and client specifications.

• Coordinate technical activities including installation, replacement, testing, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and rectification.

• Identify and resolve technical, operational, material, manpower, access, and scheduling issues that may affect project delivery.

• Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of project materials and equipment.

• Conduct or facilitate site surveys, pre-implementation meetings, kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and project coordination meetings.

• Prepare and submit project status reports, accomplishment reports, implementation updates, issue/escalation reports, and other required documentation.

• Ensure proper documentation of completed works, including as-built drawings, test reports, photographs, acceptance documents, and turnover packages.

• Coordinate with clients and technical teams for testing, commissioning, acceptance, and project turnover.

• Support project billing and closeout by ensuring all required completion, acceptance, and supporting documents are properly prepared and submitted.
