BSPT Construction Corporation in the Philippines seeks a site engineer to develop and implement telecom site deployment plans, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
You will coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and manage documentation from site readiness to customer acceptance. Strong knowledge of microwave and wireless deployments is essential. Applicants should have 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
Candidates with a relevant college diploma may also be considered.
Bachelor's Degree holders: 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
College Diploma holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Successful delivery of at least two (2) telecommunications or related infrastructure projects (Preferred).
Proven experience in MICROWAVE and WIRELESS technologies, including site implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and implementation processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop and execute site implementation plans.
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
Knowledge of quality assurance standards and site acceptance procedures.
Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements and compliance.
Develop and implement site deployment plans to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site implementation progress, identify potential issues, and drive timely resolution.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, contractors, and cross-functional teams involved in site activities.
Ensure all site implementation activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Manage site completion, testing, documentation, and customer acceptance processes.
Conduct regular quality and EHS inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and implementation documentation.
Prepare and maintain site readiness checklists covering manpower, equipment, materials, methods, and environmental requirements.
Manage day-to-day site operations, including:
Site implementation and coordination
Quality and compliance monitoring
Process and procedure management
Material verification and completeness
Team and subcontractor coordination
On-site issue resolution
Site acceptance activities
Perform quality and EHS inspections based on approved standards and checklists.
Conduct inspections for hidden works and high-risk activities, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
