Job summary

BSPT Construction Corporation in the Philippines seeks a site engineer to develop and implement telecom site deployment plans, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and manage documentation from site readiness to customer acceptance. Strong knowledge of microwave and wireless deployments is essential. Applicants should have 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/telecom/electronics or related field.
• 2 years telecom experience for degree holders; 3 years for college diploma holders.
• Experience delivering telecom infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Proven microwave and wireless deployment experience including site implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

• Candidates with a relevant college diploma may also be considered.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree holders: 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).

• College Diploma holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Successful delivery of at least two (2) telecommunications or related infrastructure projects (Preferred).

• Proven experience in MICROWAVE and WIRELESS technologies, including site implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Scope of Work

• Prepare and maintain site readiness checklists covering manpower, equipment, materials, methods, and environmental requirements.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including:

  • Site implementation and coordination

  • Quality and compliance monitoring

  • Process and procedure management

  • Material verification and completeness

  • Team and subcontractor coordination

  • On-site issue resolution

  • Site acceptance activities

• Perform quality and EHS inspections based on approved standards and checklists.

• Conduct inspections for hidden works and high-risk activities, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
