OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is hiring for a Data Entry/Logistics Support role in Metro Manila. The position focuses on accurate data entry for freight forwarding tasks and strong attention to detail, with English communication and MS Office proficiency essential.

The role requires handling client data, ensuring data integrity, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Onsite reporting at Ortigas or Cubao offices is expected, with compensation aligned to local market norms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Fresh graduates welcome (BS Customs Admin or shipping/logistics)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Keen attention to detail with 35 WPM and 95% accuracy
• Knowledge of MS Office and high computer literacy
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player and amenable to onsite reporting (Ortigas or Cubao)
• Able to adapt to various work schedules and tasks

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
• Check completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessary
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Provide customers with product and service information with highest quality standard
• Research required information using available resources
• Prepare and finalize reports (End of Day Report, others as requested)
• Attend client calls and meetings as necessary
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Perform other related/ad hoc tasks for client or Team Leader
• Adhere to management strategies in urgent Data Entry tasks

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms

• Check completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessary

• Attend to client calls and meeting as necessary

• Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met

• Perform other related/ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader

• Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

• At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST

• Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience

• Fresh graduates of BS Customs Administration or any shipping/logistics courses are welcome to apply

• With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 35WPM and 95% accuracy

• Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required

• Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy

• Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written

• Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required

• Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned

• Must be amenable to reporting onsite - Ortigas or Cubao office
