Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to design engaging learning experiences for a remote PH team. You will partner with the Instructional Design Manager, SMEs, and stakeholders to craft modules, course maps, and instructor guides, while building microlearning videos and multimedia resources.

You will apply adult learning principles, design pathways for diverse learners, and leverage LMS and tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and Genially to deliver scalable, high‑impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design/ED Tech, or 3–5 years in related roles.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Proficient with LMS, authoring tools, multimedia software, and emerging tech.
• Creative and analytical thinking to address diverse learning needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized and deadline-driven.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions.
• Create engaging instructional materials using multimedia to boost engagement.
• Develop curriculum outlines and learning pathways for diverse audiences.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate learning outcomes for improvements.
• Leverage educational tech and LMS to deliver scalable experiences.
• Review materials for quality and ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, on time and on budget.
• Train and support trainers and learners on materials and tools.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and technology.
