Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in Instructional Design, Training, L&D, or Content Development.
• Experience designing training materials for adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Create engaging training materials, participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to develop effective learning experiences.
• Transform complex information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Partner with SMEs, Operations Leaders, and stakeholders to gather content requirements.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Facilitate content review sessions and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Maintain and update learning materials to reflect changes in process, product, system, and policy.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to learning programs and content.
