Job summary

CF Outsourcing is seeking a dependable Client Services Representative for our Imaging Client Support team. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and exceptional customer support for healthcare and diagnostics services.

In this role, you will handle inquiries, maintain internal imaging processes, and collaborate with Radiology and Diagnostic teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move heavy items when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Take ownership of inquiries and resolve issues quickly using available resources.
• Maintain understanding of internal systems related to imaging processes.
• Notify clients of significant results promptly and professionally.
• Communicate delays with clients in a concise manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with daily administrative reporting and internal projects as needed.
• Coordinate with territory managers to facilitate client communications.
