Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate management, partnership management, or agent program management.
• iGaming industry experience is mandatory, preferably within the Philippine B2C market.
• Strong existing relationships with Philippine affiliates, agents, and partner networks is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and turnover-based commission models.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements, developing incentives, and optimizing partner performance.
• Proficient in affiliate tracking platforms, performance analytics, and partner reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliates, agents, and strategic partners across the Philippine market.
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and partner incentives, including CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and turnover-based models.
• Monitor partner performance using affiliate tracking platforms, reporting tools, and relevant KPIs.
• Develop strategies to improve partner engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure effective partnership execution.
• Ensure partnership activities align with PAGCOR regulations, KYC/AML policies, and responsible gaming requirements.
