SmartRecruitment.com - Smart Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Director for onsite operations in Manila, Philippines. The role leads multi-brand, multi-channel paid and owned digital acquisition strategies across online gaming brands to achieve CAC and ROAS targets.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, attribution, and tracking end-to-end, ensure regulatory compliance, and build an affiliate programme while developing a high-performance team in a shared-service setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
• At least 5 years leading a multi-channel team.
• Direct experience managing acquisition in iGaming, betting, or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets against CPA or ROAS targets.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of tracking and attribution, including server-side tracking.
• Experience building or managing an affiliate programme, including terms and fraud controls.
• Ability to work as a shared service to brand owners and challenge plans with data.
• Based in Manila or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage search, programmatic advertising, paid social, SEO, and affiliate channels across all brands, with separate plans and reports for each brand.
• Turn brand targets into channel plans covering spending, volume, and CPA by channel.
• Manage media budgets and reallocate weekly toward channels that convert users into first-time depositors.
• Own tracking and attribution from start to finish, including pixels, server-side events, and UTMs.
• Keep advertising accounts compliant and active, including relevant gambling certifications and advertising rules.
• Build and manage the affiliate and agent programme, including terms and onboarding, fraud checks, and payout reconciliation.
• Work with Product on landing pages and the registration-to-deposit process, and with Brand Marketing on creative briefs and testing.
• Manage agencies and martech vendors, including performance reviews.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring for 2026 positions.
