Job summary

Kaizen Gaming in the Philippines is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive Betano's international launch, overseeing the local affiliate network and coordinating with the Country Manager and Marketing team to shape campaigns. You will lead negotiations, identify new channels, and optimize promotions while generating performance reports and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in affiliate marketing, native English, and strong numeracy for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new partners through negotiations and deal optimization.
• Identify new acquisition channels and build business cases.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reports.
• Implement promotional campaigns and growth strategies.
• Provide proactive account management and revenue optimization.
• Monitor and report on performance KPIs with insights.
• Manage the affiliate platform CRM and budget allocations.
