Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a proactive field sales professional to promote ICU products to hospitals and accounts in a defined Philippine territory.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, conducting clinical education, and building lasting relationships with key customers across hospitals and outlets. The candidate will travel extensively (typically >80%), drive market share growth, and coordinate with distributors and internal teams to deliver sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry, preferably hospital products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Must have legal right to work in the Philippines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote ICU products to accounts and customers in defined territory.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and market share goals.
• Monitor sales development and take actions to meet objectives.
• Conduct clinical education including IVT trainings, demos and workshops.
• Develop strong relationships with key hospital customers and outlets to maximize sales and market share.
• Provide regular coverage reports and coordinate with distributors and sales/marketing teams.
