Job summary

One Commerce (Int'l.) Corporation seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead ICT/Engineering solutions in the System Integration space. You will design, install, and commission CCTV and video surveillance systems, collaborating with engineering and sales teams to translate client needs into robust technical requirements.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in System Integration with CCTV expertise, plus experience with proposals, vendor management, and post-install support for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Electronics or related field required.
• 5+ years in System Integration with ICT/Engineering solutions experience.
• Certifications in Networking, ICT, Security or related technologies preferred.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning sessions to address commercial, technical, and partner challenges.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads team planning sessions, meetings, and discussions to address commercial, technical, and partner-related challenges.

• Drives internal product positioning with Sales teams and external positioning with customers and stakeholders.

• Provides technical consulting and advisory support to both Sales teams and clients.

• Supports Account Managers in identifying and developing new business opportunities and accounts.

• Researches, develops, and launches innovative products in collaboration with Engineering teams.

• Manages and strengthens relationships with principal partners, vendors, and technology suppliers.

• Prepares and delivers technical proposals, presentations, and solution briefs.

• Acts as a key liaison between customers and suppliers, translating feedback into actionable requirements.

• Provides customer use cases, references, and insights to support engineering and sales efforts.

• Ensures prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Identifies growth opportunities and develops product roadmaps aligned with market needs.

• Installs, configures, and commissions enterprise-grade CCTV and video surveillance systems.

• Deploys and integrates IP cameras, NVRs, and related networked surveillance components.

• Performs preventive maintenance and corrective troubleshooting across surveillance systems.

• Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, networking, and power-related technical issues.

• Installs and tests structured cabling systems (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber optic, coaxial, and power).

• Conducts system commissioning, functional testing, and quality assurance checks.

• Performs firmware updates, system backups, and software upgrades for reliability and security.

• Produces detailed documentation including installation reports, as-built drawings, and service records.

• Provides post-installation support, user training, and ongoing technical assistance to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in the System Integration industry, with expertise in designing ICT/Engineering solutions.

• Relevant certifications in Networking, ICT, Security, or related technologies are preferred.

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Systems Engineering.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CCTV and video surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, and VMS.

• Experience in installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning of enterprise-grade surveillance systems.
